The cover with title in gilt inside a gilt circle is attractive, but spine is slightly worn on top & bottom and wrinkled, all the corners are bumped o./w. its very good. Contents are very good but a few words in the preface are underlined faintly in pencil. This account appears to be a hoax & was actually written by C.R.L. Fletcher. 7¼" x 5". 1895
